- About StudioBianca StudioBianca is an Irish-based handmade goods business specialising in made-to-order book sleeves, accessories, and tote bags. All items are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

2. Made-to-Order Policy All products are made to order. Production times vary — please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on timeframes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeframe. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in EUR (€). Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping We ship domestically within Ireland and internationally. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays. StudioBianca is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the order total.
6. Personalised & Custom Orders Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this store are the property of StudioBianca and may not be reproduced without permission.
