Refund policy

As a small handmade business, each item is made with care especially for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns — Ireland & EU Orders We accept returns on Irish and EU orders within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer rights law. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders — Final Sale All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
