Processing Time All orders are handmade and require 3–5 business days to prepare before dispatch. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Shipping within Ireland We ship across Ireland using standard postal services. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. Please note that all international orders are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Ireland.

International delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please be aware that fees that might occur with shipment, including but not limited to customs, import duties, or taxes (including VAT) and any other similar expenses incurred. These expenses may apply depending on your country — buyers are responsible for any and all expenses.

Order Tracking Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to help.
